Welcome Break are committed to fostering a culture of environmental awareness. As part of this commitment, we regularly share educational materials focused on sustainability and climate change with our team members through our internal communications platform.

By sharing this information, we aim to inspire environmentally responsible behaviours. Whether it is promoting energy efficiency, or advocating for waste reduction, we strive to ensure that sustainability is a key consideration for our team, both in the workplace and in their daily lives.

For example, in celebration of Earth Day 2025, we ran an internal campaign to share information related to the theme, "Our Power, Our Planet", and to encourage our team members to organise on-site activities, such as litter picking, or to use raising awareness of Earth Day as a theme for charitable fundraising.
