Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Road Trip Rewards promotion (“Promotion”) operated by Welcome Break Limited (“Promoter”). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.
Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Welcome Break, Merlin Entertainments, associated agencies, and immediate family members are excluded. The Promotion runs from 31st March 2026 to 5th September 2026 inclusive. Visits outside the promotional period do not count toward prize draw entries. Additional visits beyond each threshold do not generate multiple entries for the same tier unless otherwise stated. Merlin Discounts / Gold Pass / Other Merlin Prizes: Subject to Merlin Entertainments’ standard attraction and pass terms. Welcome Break Vouchers: Valid only at participating Welcome Break brands and locations. Family Weekend Away: Includes accommodation and attraction entry. Exact package details may vary. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available. Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in a redraw. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject fraudulent or automated entries. The Promoter may disqualify entrants who breach these Terms or manipulate the entry process. The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where necessary.
