Terms and conditions:

• Prize is for 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old;
• The Recipients must travel at the same time with the same itinerary;
• At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over; Anyone under 18 will require parent or guardian permission prior to travel;
• Economy roundtrip flights from London Gatwick, London Heathrow or London Stanstead (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) to Milan, Italy; Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; Flight itinerary will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion;
• Travel arrangements, including costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking, to and from the winner or companion/s’ home and London station do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion/s;
• A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into accommodation;
• Accommodation based on 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old sharing a quadruple occupancy hotel accommodation in Milan for 3 nights;
• Accommodation will be selected by the prize provider at their sole discretion;
• Accommodation for the Recipients does not include any meals (other than breakfast), incidentals, gratuities, or telephone calls. Any other personal expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the Recipients;
• The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;
• All elements of the prize are subject to availability; If unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at prize provider’s discretion;
• Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure;
• Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companions to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companions are aged 70 or over;
• All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time;
• Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled;
• Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash alternative is available;
• All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or additional insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests;
• The prize cannot be taken from 21st December – 4th January (Christmas and New Year), over UK public holidays, or over Easter Sunday;
• Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time;
• For the go-karting activity, the minimum age and height requirements vary depending on course and will be advised upon booking;
• For the indoor skydiving, the minimum age for the standard flights is 3 years old, the minimum age for the virtual reality flights is 10 years old, the maximum weight is 18 stone and 7lbs; it is not suitable for those who are pregnant, have previously dislocated their shoulder, have neck or back injuries, under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs or wearing a hard cast;
