• How will I receive my fuel discount?

  Spend £10 or more in a single transaction in our food court or retail stores, take your receipt to a Welcome Break forecourt, and the team will apply your discount when you pay for your fuel. 

• Where can I spend £10?

  Qualifying purchases can be made from Burger King, Chopstix, KFC, Pizza Express, Pret, Starbucks, Starbucks Drive Thru, Subway, The Good Breakfast, WHSmith, and Waitrose.

  This excludes purchases on fuel, tobacco, lottery products, E-cigarettes or E-Pay.

• Can I purchase food in several brands to the total of £10?

  Unfortunately, £10 has to be completed in a single transaction.  

• Do I have to purchase my food at the counter?

  You can purchase from our counters or kiosks, just make sure you keep your receipt! 

• Can I get the promotion if I use Click and Collect or Home Delivery?

  No, the promotion is only applicable to purchases made within our food court or retail stores.

• Can I still use my discount? (e.g. Merlin Annual Pass)

  Yes, discount cards can still be used, but you must spend £10 or more after discount has been applied to qualify for the promotion. 

• Can I purchase food in the Forecourt or fuel to receive the fuel discount?

  The promotion is only applicable when a transaction is made in our food court or retail stores within the main amenity building. 

• Where can I redeem the promotion?

  The promotion can be redeemed at Welcome Break petrol filling stations only.

• Do I need to keep my receipts from the food court as proof of purchase?

  Yes, your receipt will act as proof to claim 10p off per litre on fuel, up to 40 litres.

• Can I use the promotion on fuel more than once?

  No, you can only use your receipt to redeem the offer once, on one vehicle. Your receipt will be stamped by a team member once redeemed. 

• What happens I purchase half a litre?

  Your purchase will be rounded down to the nearest litre. 

  For example, if your total purchase was 5.5 litres, you would receive 10p off 5 litres filled up. 

• Can the promotion be redeemed immediately?

  Yes, when you have spent £10 or more in a single transaction in our food court or retail stores you can then fill up in the forecourt immediately after the purchase. 

• Can more than one promotion be applied to my fuel purchase?

  No, only one promotion of 10p off per litre of fuel can be applied.
